If you're lactose-intolerant like me then i suggest drinking goat's milk. I had some last week and my tummy feels great. I now use it in my baked goods or when ever i cook. You don't have to be lactose-intolerant to drink goat milk. It's easy to digest and less allegenic than cows milk. So next time you're at the grocery store pick up some goat milk.
